My father passed away recently. I was at Crown Hill Cemetery the day of the burial and I went a couple of days later to the cemetery to pay my repects again. I have to say, the grave was immaculate. The groundskeepers at the cemetery took great care putting the dirt and sod back over the grave of my father. The flowers from the funeral from were not at the gravesite. But when I asked about them, they explained, they removed them to mow the grass. They offered to bring the flowers back to the grave for me, which in fact, they immediately did. Thank you to Kim! I have several family members buried at Crown Hill. We live out of state and come by once every couple of years. My parents and brother are easy to find and we did have to clean around their site but no big problem. We then searched for my grandparents and were unable to find them. I called and quickly received a return call from Kim. I gave her the name of the family members and she said she would find their plot and then call me back with the exact location and mark it for us. She not only called me with the info but she helped us clean the area. There are two sides to every story and while the cemetery certainly has its problems they also have issues...read full review
Very comforting during services- I noted staff going above and beyond. I have relatives at this cemetery and the staff are very helpful, kind and supportive. It s peaceful and beautiful there. The funeral directors work well with this staff. Thank you all for what you do and have done in the past.
