I bring my son to the one in East Greenbush and the people there are absolutely friendly and patient. We had an appointment yesterday and the three ladies at reception were absolutely sweethearts and just loved my son. Then, the nice lady who brought us back, the lady who did the cleaning and dentist were also all amazing and patient with my 18 month old. Highly recommend. :)
I brought my three children to the Smile Lodge to see Dr. Hales. My middle child has severe autism and is normally uncooperative and afraid at the dentist. We had a phenomenal experience. The entire staff was patient and kind. Dr. Hales was great with all three children and took the time to wait for my son to be comfortable with the examination. In addition, what a fun and cheerful office setting!
I have to say that The Smile Lodge is the most kid friendly office that I have ever been to. Their kindness and gentleness with my daughter was amazing. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.
