Phil, Amy, and Erin are all great. We frequently recommend them to friends and relatives. In the recent turbulent financial environment, having trusted them to help with our retirement assets has proven itself to be the perfect solution for us. Phil has arranged our investments in a way that we really don't have to worry anymore about the markets. He has really outstanding software to look well into the future so we don't have to worry about running out of money. He makes conservative assumptions about the markets and interest rates and operates as a Fiduciary (legally required to put his client's best interest as primary).
