Well, we can say that we highly agree with the reviews. He did a wonderful job and our Berner looks and feels great. His shop is very clean and bright. Even the outside decor is welcoming. Ramon is very friendly and did exactly what we requested. You can easily see how much he loves dogs. He has a. very calm demeanor. His pricing is also very reasonable.
