I had my first experience with Elements Massage several weeks ago. I was greeted warmly by the front desk person, and it's good to get your online forms filled out in advance so you are just in the relax mindset. Also, it helps your massage therapist prepare to know what to focus on. Danielle was amazing! I came in with an upset stomach, something that has never happened to me just before a massage so I wasn't sure how I could feel comfortable lying down with pressure put on me.
