Every time I come in for an appointment, I'm blown away by the shortness of my wait (I have never waited longer than 5 minutes, and the time I did wait 5 minutes was only once so very out of the ordinary!) and the affability of ALL the staff. Every person I come in contact with is so kind and seems truly joyful. This last appointment, I remember thinking how they all seem so happy to be there at work.
