Small computer repair shop, but totally worth it compared to the bog computer stores around. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who help you get either new or used product for your needs.

I spilled water on my 2012 Dell laptop and it died. The Geek Squad told me to come to Albany and when I did, they wouldn't even look at it because of how old it was. They told me to find a small repair shop to help. Enter Computer Answers. I called the store and spoke with Jake, who told me to bring my laptop right in. He said he would at least be able to recover the data for me so it could be transferred to a new computer. I really didn't want to buy a new laptop because mine has a lot of features they don't put in laptops these days (like a DVD/CD player).
