After going months without seeing a regular chiropractor, my massage therapist let me know my hips and shoulders were severely misaligned, one side higher than the other, and waking up every morning left me feeling way older than I actually am, especially while dealing with plantar fasciitis on top of it all.
Walking in for my first visit, I gave Dr. Antonio a pretty tall order while trying to figure out if this practice was going to be the right fit for me. He immediately asked if I had current X-rays and made sure we got them. The exam was remarkably thorough: he tested and recorded my range of motion, and carefully verified my pain levels in various areas as well as during limb movement in all directions.
After doing the adjustments, he told me I would sleep very well that night, and he was spot on. I slept great! Even better, when I woke up the next morning, for the first time in months, I literally popped out of bed virtually pain-free and finally felt my own age again.
