But for those who may have reservations regarding Barbara's expertise let me set your heart and mind to rest. Please do not hesitate to let her begin to assist you in healing yourself. I’m 49 and have a pretty sedentary job. I had a debilitating sciatica flair up lasting weeks that forced me to cancel travel plans and kept me from working effectively. A few sessions later and things have changed completely. I’m on minimal pain meds and completely off muscle relaxers. I’m back to work and planning my next travel date. The level of relief I feel is difficult to quantify. I cannot recommend enough.
