When our boiler stopped working we didn't have a company due to new ownership and the boiler was installed by the previous owner.
So I did a search and A. Johnson's site popped up. I went to their site, read all the reviews and called them.
Best decision I ever made!
When I called, Lisa took all my information and and scheduled a site visit for that day.
When Brian arrived he immediately started checking every component on our ancient boiler and advised us that it was time for major repairs and or replacement.
He took several photos of inner core and the amount of rust and the number of small holes were alarming.

Had an issue with two different plumbing items. With an overnight request they were able to arrive the next morning and complete a new hot water heater the same day and replace an old leaky water filtration system.
Your Service Technician Tucker was pleasant. as well as informational. He came in with a smile, introduced himself. Tucker explained what he was doing with my husband. When my husband had questions he stop to answer his questions. Clean everything up as it was when he arrived.
Once Tucker was finish he came to discuss everything with us, asked if there was anything else. We have been very happy with the service, the professionalism with everyone from the Office staff, Service Technicians. Awesome job
