Third time we’ve used this company. Randy doesn’t disappoint. We won’t call anyone else for any of our appliance needs. Very knowledgeable and strait to the point. Saved us thousands on new appliances. 2 washers and a dryer he’s fixed for us. So it’s high time we leave a review. Thanks north shore appliance! Would recommend to anyone.Services: Dryer repair

We use a home warranty company and they sent us this repair business to fix our washer, and we could not be more pleased. An appointment was made very quickly, and after a short diagnosis time a part was ordered, and the day after the part arrived, they were here and we were back in business. We had a home warranty on our appliances and the washer had failed. Our warranty company contacted these folks and they called us right away, and Sandy, in the office, was a delight to deal with over the phone. She made an appointment for us in two days time and her husband, Randy, showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. They ordered the part and got the OK from the warranty company and we're back in less than a week, and the appliance was repaired perfectly. In this world of poor service this company stands out as a refreshing reminder of what great service should look like.
