Urgent Care near Clay

“You never go to Urgent care on your best day. However, the staff did the best they can to make it better. They were so kind and caring. No wait times to get into an exam room or have the nurse or physicians assistant come in to chat. Everything was super quick, even when waiting for Covid, strep, and flu tests to come back. I was really impressed with all of the staff. The facility was very clean and organized. There was someone who was just finishing up cleaning it when I was being brought in but the nurse said it had already been done so looks like the room had been cleaned twice! Definitely something you love to hear! Thank you so much WellNow on Rt 31 in Clay! Will absolutely go back when needed (but I hope not too soon!)“

“I took a picture of my 91 year old mom in the exam room next to the beautiful mural. She never smiles. But she was smiling last night at Drakos Cicero after having a tick removed from her head. And the bugger was still alive!
The team was amazing and she felt very well cared for. She’s a former nurse anaesthetist (the Dr. on site asked) and the team showed her great respect. Thank you Team Drakos!!“
