From the word GO, Tom was a pleasure to work with and quick with responses. We had Tom put bookshelves in around our fireplace we asked him to have it look at if it was there when the house was built, which was a challenge as the paint that was used was hard to duplicate (trust me I've tried about 8 times). He managed an exact match, which took him time and a couple attempts, which speaks to his quality and care. To say the craftsmanship is stellar is - somehow - an understatement.
