Ken takes GREAT care of us. GREAT service. GREAT price for the SERVICE provided. WORTH it as computer runs GREAT, have all the protections, have ALL the back-ups. Ken also instantly responds to the rare emergency immediately, which in my view is the most important item. I'm not listing my phone number here because people tend not to, but if you call Ken he can give me as a reference and then you can call me.
