“I called them after a severe snow storm when I needed to snow removal services. I didn't end up using them because I was able to flag down somebody else with a plow but they were courteous on the phone and were the only ones out o to the on many I called to call me back and put me on their list. I called back and canceled but they seem professional and were willing to help me in a bad situation. I will be calling them back this spring to perhaps contract for landscaping services with them.“
