I’ve been seeing Jenn L. for 2 years now. I wish I had a before picture because I came to her with intense acne (including hormonal) and since then my skin is so glowy and so smooth!! Jenn was so patient, kind, and willing to help me heal my skin. She is so sweet and her energy brings such a calm and relaxing spa experience. I highly recommend coming to the W spa and booking with Jenn!!

I just had to share that I had the best facial yesterday with Lindsay at the W Spa. Lindsay was so great and I left there feeling so relaxed and my skin is noticeably glowing today! That never happens! I cannot wait to go back! If you live in the Clarence area, you must book an apt there!

I recently had a lash lift and tint with Lindsay! She was professional, kind, and I felt very relaxed during it. My lashes are so gorgeous now that I’ve been skipping mascara. I have already booked 3 more services with her, and I can’t wait for my next appointment!
