It was great working with AAA Timerline. Jeff Kramer was knowledgeable and gave multiple options for chimney upgrade. reasonable cost and on-time delivery of services. I would highly recommend them for Chimney upgrades and rebuilds.
We had three men come out and quote on our fireplace repair. Of the three, only AAA Timberline actually showed up and finished the job. They brought the job in on time, under budget and they were super friendly to work with. If you need your chimney repaired, there is no better company in Western New York than AAA Timberline.
I highly recommend AAA Timberline! When I called for a service check on my gas insert, it took less than a week for an appointment.My service technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job cleaning out my fireplace and insert area. It was night and day upon completion. Very professional company to deal with and in the future if I need a replacement or more service I would definitely call them!
