We had a great experience having Jim’s crew working on our property. We were sold pretty quickly with his company by meeting and talking with his workers. They were relatable and didn’t try to push us in any other direction. They worked with our existing firepit and made it light years better. Even still they have come out to answer questions we have. We have even had them over for additional projects. Their customer service is top notch, no having to dread an automated answering service or the international calling centers. I’ve had the pleasure of having two hardscape projects and one drainage project completed by this crew. They’ve been finished quickly, cleanly, and with great results. Jim and his team were responsive to my questions, changes and input both before and during the builds. No corners were cut. Communication is made easy and the team clearly works hard and knows what they’re doing. I do not hesitate to recommend Landscapes Unlimited to anyone who asks.
