I took a picture of my 91 year old mom in the exam room next to the beautiful mural. She never smiles. But she was smiling last night at Drakos Cicero after having a tick removed from her head. And the bugger was still alive!
The team was amazing and she felt very well cared for. She’s a former nurse anaesthetist (the Dr. on site asked) and the team showed her great respect. Thank you Team Drakos!!
Very friendly but VERY slow. I got there at 7:15a, knowing that they opened at 7:30a. There was one person in line before me and wasn’t brought to a room until after 8a and a provider didn’t come in to see me until 8:30a. I got out the door at 8:45a. I chose to go there because of how early they opened, but now I think I should have waited until 8a to go to somewhere I know is fast.
I'm so glad that I found Drakos! It is the best urgent care around. It's easy to make an appointment. The staff is very caring and kind and I have received excellent treatment. There are no insurance issues and I highly recommend Drakos.
