Sean installed our water heater today. He did an excellent job. He kept us in the loop as to when he would arrive, where he was in the process, was honest and quick with his estimate and contact. Highly recommend him. Here is a photo of the completed work. We will use him again when we need to replace our heater and ac unit (hopefully not too soon though)!
Sean McCann SAVED me when my water pump failed, which in turn made my hot water tank fail (it was really old and full of rust). I knew I wanted a tankless water heater, and after my pump problem was solved, (by another company,) he went right to work on the water heater. He was efficient and knowledgeable, and when the installation was done, he showed me all he'd done and how to change the filter. He even called my propane company to let them know he'd put in a gas unit so I wouldn't run out of gas! Sean went above and beyond when he saw that my toilet tank leaked - he went out and bought the parts and fixed it. Then he saw the screen on my kitchen faucet was gone, and he went out and bought the part and fixed that! I am SO pleased that I found Sean McCann, and he was able to assist me. I hope other service companies can rise to the standard that Sean showed me. He is an example to all of how they should treat customers!
