It’s a shame this is the standard quality for care of government insurance. Nothing updated. One machine from the 90s. No other testing. No dialation. The doctor didn’t listen to me. She went off my an old prescription when I told her my glasses weren’t up to date.
Horrible customer service. The assistant got the doctor to change my prescription because it was “cheaper and easier” that’s not what I want from my doctors. I expect them to want to give me the best possible care no matter my condition or circumstances.
When I called to get a copy of my prescription it turned into a sales pitch with them trying to get me to purchase through them still. When...read full review

I’m convinced the only reason why this chain of opticians remains open is because of their deals with the PBAs throughout the state. It appears they only hire opticians that have decided to come out of retirement. I’ve had at least three different ones in the 3-5 years I’ve been forced to come here. I can ditto the other 1-2 star reviews that the front desk staff is rude, but clearly whoever owns this location doesn’t care as it’s been the same staff since I started going there. Every time I go to the location the office is closed during their office hours. Either they show up to open late or they take, what I am assuming, extended lunch breaks.
