Horrible experience. Three months my appointments were on the books and they can't get a simple authorization for a test preappointmemt. I have been here over 3.5 hours and still have not seen the doctor

Frequent UTIs that show up clear and clean, but I have protein in my urine and I am now facing the breakdown of my kidneys. These people have been in business long enough to know that these test for UTIs are not accurate when I tell you at 64 years old that I’m hurting and that is in my bladder and not suffering from any delusions hallucinations, then you should Hand and listen to me, instead of not giving me anything and allowing even a small infection that doesn’t even show up all these so accurate test give me something to heal me instead of allowing it to fester into kidneys, breaking down.

Physicians are excellent. The scheduling for procedures department is terrible. Waited more than 45 min. Finally, told a scheduler I had another appointment. She told me would call me at home. She did, got my appointments set up. This is what should be done. Patients should not have to wait around.the scheduling dept needs to be changed.
