We took our 3 year old German Shepherd to Tom for 6 weeks due to some behavioral problems at home. We had done prior training when he was a puppy so we weren't starting completely from scratch, but he definitely needed some more guidance and we needed new tools and strategies. The transformation we saw after just a couple weeks was astounding, and using the e-collar has been a total game changer for us. Tom was also nothing but professional and friendly with us. He heard every problem we presented as something we wanted to improve and quickly offered solutions and worked with us to understand how to navigate them. We cannot recommend Tom and SMS enough!!
