He understands modern buyers/sellers as well as anyone in the region and brings a big city mentality to an area of the country where that is often lacking in the real estate world. His advice, guidance and photos are all outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Western New York. Hanna Soffel Briggs was outstang. She spent hours with us until we found the perfect home. She and her company were so easy to work with. If I ever buy another home they will be my first stop. Highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't be disappointed.
