They were quick and efficient. First time using my fireplace and they answered alot of my questions on ways to help maintain it. They were alot cleaner than I expected as the cleaned out the chimney.

Tom came to service our fireplace, and he was great. He took his time cleaning our unit out, repairing the wiring, fixing the interior logs, and cleaning the outside vent. When the wiring was troublesome, Tom went above and beyond to figure out the problem. Very pleased with the service we received and would absolutely recommend Chimney Doctors to anyone.

Very professional. They arrived on time and were very respectful of our time. They disassembled both gas fireplaces, cleaned everything, reassembled everything and ensured both fireplaces were in working order.
