I appreciate how Sandra lets you call/text her directly to make an appointment. She was willing to see me within a few weeks. Her prices were incredibly reasonable vs. others. To save me from having to take a long drive to see her, we did our initial consultation over FaceTime, which I appreciated. She was so thorough and kind.

Fast forward, over 2 years later, and my eyebrows still look perfect! I was thinking that maybe I should go for a slight touch up, but Sandra FaceTimed with me and told me that I didn’t need to yet. I really appreciated that as I feel like any one else would’ve just taken my money.

The music was so relaxing - although you could definitely listen to a podcast or your own music. One woman next to me fell asleep and was lightly snoring- clearly we were all very relaxed!
