The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and they took the time to explain the entire process to me. I chose both cleaning and preservation. After cleaning, I inspected the dress before moving to preservation. Most of the dirt and dust was removed, there were however still a few twigs. Because of that, I’d recommend inspecting your dress after cleaning rather than going straight into preservation.

“New to the area and was in search of a new dry cleaner. Van Tassel was convenient, cost effective and great work. I got 4 items dry cleaned, a jumpsuit, skirt and 2 shirts. Came out to about $44, not bad! Also was done within the week if you need a quick turnaround. I also had a pair of pants taken in at the wait, almost a whole size smaller. The seamstress did a great job and the pants are like new! Would definitely recommend her if you need anything adjusted. Overall, would definitely recommend for your dry cleaning or alternation needs.“

“I purchased a mom of the groom gown last minute for my son’s wedding and I wanted to alter it to a mermaid fit …tons of beading and tuul was not a problem ..the seamstress was amazing!!!!! I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!! The kindness and patience shown to me was above and beyond ..not to mention the cost was very reasonable ! Both of my daughters had their bridesmaid dresses altered there as well and my daughter just dropped off her bridal shower dress!! If you need alterations done don’t hesitate to call this place!!“
