They don’t answer calls. They don’t reply emails. Shame on you City of McKinney not helping me on the phone and saying digitech is responsible for fire dept invoices and you cannot help me.

They are charging my friend for services she NEVER RECEIVED!! when we called this babbit freaking company they were so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & did NOT want to hear me out!!.I am filling a grievance with my attorney to get this bill rectified correctly!!! ???????
