I called to resolve a medical payment and spoke to Jasmine N. Sweet voice but she was passive aggressive and unprofessional. I heard her say “oh my gosh!” under her breath when I asked questions to try to understand how best to proceed with my insurance. After I told her I was sorry she was getting frustrated with me, it did not get better. Even in today’s economy where the level of “not my problem” attitude is at an all time high, Jasmine stood out as someone who probably should not be customer facing.

This is some outsourced joke. They don't respond and keep sending me letters when they said a payment plan was OK. They try and set you up for failure. They only accept cashier's checks from where I live. It's beyond frustrating.

They don’t answer calls. They don’t reply emails. Shame on you City of McKinney not helping me on the phone and saying digitech is responsible for fire dept invoices and you cannot help me.
