Had an issue with the frame on my truck. I live in VT, no dealership in VT would even remotely help me. It was actually an absolute nightmare and would take all day to explain. In a last ditch effort I reached out to Goss. Sales Manager Kevin was a wizard. Got my frame fixed, worked with GM HQ to make sure I didn’t pay a cent. I got my truck undercoated after through Goss for an extremely fair price. After this experience I will gladly drive the extra distance to go to Goss for future undercoatings or a vehicle purchase.
