Jay is The Best!!! Not only has he been a friend for over 35 years, he is someone I knew I could trust to help me through this chapter of selling my house by myself, since my husband died over 8 years ago. I knew I could call him when I was stressed, (&he did get some crazy calls) and he always took the time to talk me down and explain what was going on. He never gave up on getting the house sold for me and in the end sat next to me at the closing, for comfort and his experience, which he possess in spades. This was my second time working with Laurel, my first as a purchaser, and my second time as a seller. Laurel is wonderful to work with! She is extremely clear in her delivery of information and works diligently to find out whatever she can for you in a timely manner. She checks in with you frequently with updates and status checks so you are always aware of where you are in the process. She is extremely well-connected and can assist you with finding professionals for almost every part of the buying/selling process.
