I just had to put my beautiful KitKat down to rest a couple days ago. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. From the vet right down to the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. They took it serious and empathize with you. They have a comfort room for it to happen in that make everything seem less traumatic than it already is. They offer beautiful memory gifts. Along with having a sign out in the lobby and a candle lit for when an animal is put to rest. As well as a special exist so you don’t have to go back through the lobby with everyone else is. Been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Every vet and vet tech I've ever had has been pleasant, informative, and patient. Even the front desk team is sweet. I always do appointments with all my cats at once; they will come help open the door and carry them in or out for me. If I lived an hour away, I would still drive here for the care and compassion this team has!
The team at this facility was fantastic. From the initial phone call to our follow up call for medication instructions. The staff was very professional yet friendly. The nurses and Doctor were extremely caring and patient during our difficult time trying to care for our pet. Although our prognosis was not positive, we could not have asked for better care and compassion. Also very knowledgeable and patient, careful to explain all the options in front of us.
