We used Energy Mechanical to convert use from an old oil burner and no central AC to a modern heat pump system that not only heats the home but cools it too. Huge step up to modern heating and cooling. Controllable from my smart phone. Works great. Way more efficient than oil. Techs were clean in the work the performed. Showed up to the job on time and consistently (unlike other contracts I've used). Very happy with the job and at a fair price. Even helped guide me on what rebates I can apply for.

We finally broke down, decided to join the 20th Century and get central air. We have a beautifully decorated, quirky old house with an odd floor plan, and everybody said splits were the way to go. I had seen the Unico system in another old house and liked the look way, way better. Found Mike online and was impressed all around, from office to Mike's professionalism and presentation. But the price was a bit more than I was looking to pay, so I got an estimate for splits.
