I have been using this Laundromat for the last 15 years and it's getting worse and worse. Today I put my clothes in the washer and after 30 minutes I came and found out that it didn't complete all its cycles. I asked the lady in charge about it She started again waiting another 28 minutes and when I checked the soap box, the wash cycle soap was there. I asked her to change the machine but she started giving more time. After that, the soap was still there. Then I insist that I am not going to spend all my day here. Literally the WORST laundromat I've ever been to. Everything is broken from the card machine, change machine and dryers! $12.75 for largest machine and dryers are 60 cents per 15 MINUTES. The entire premises inside and out STINKS of what smells like a septic back up.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Some washer machines don't even work, they will just wash your clothes with water, not put the soap through.
Mast dryers don't even work, nice to wait an hour to find out. To hopefully find another dryer that works. Not to mention they never ever give you money back ever. Dryer will say "write failer" as your loading more time to it, take your money and not give you the time. And the people there refuse to give money back. They will put money in either there card and say see it works you did if wrong. Literally cost me way more to wash my clothes there than expected. Also they are over priced as is. Avoid.
