Center Gold did a fantastic job of removing scratches from my watch. great and friendly service! for now on i will go to them for any watch-related issues! and they also fix eyeglasses.

I Went to this Jewelry Store while visiting a friend in New York. I brought some jewelry I no longer want to sell but more importantly, I brought a ring. This ring was given to me from my sister when she was in Lilihammer at the Olympics. I wore it every day and 6 years ago, it broke in half. I tried many places to have it fixed but came up empty every time.I kept it in a drawer and while thinking about my sister on the Anniversary of her death, I decided to give it one more try to get it repaired. They did it within 3 days and when I went to pick it up I could not believe what a beautiful job they did. They were kind, professional and courteous. I have not had this kind of customer service in a very, very long time. I highly recommend them. I will be looking at this ring for a long time thanks to them and be remembering, my sister and Center Gold Jewelers for helping to mend more than a broken ring.

Being new to the area, I was desperate to find a reputable jewelry store. I went to Center Gold with an invisible diamond cut cross, where one of the chips had fallen out. Center gold was able to fix the cross at a fraction of the cost compared to other jewelry stores in the area. However, during my trip to Miami, I noticed an additional chip missing. Not only did Center gold fix the issue, but they also did it for free, knowing I just spent money to resolve the problem with a different chip. As the owner stated, he felt terrible to charge me, especially after I just spent money. Excellent store and fantastic service and they now won over a great customer. I highly recommend this establishment.
