My home is less than 6 years old. The plumbing craftsmanship was lazy causing leaks and clogs. Seperate leaks from 2floor bathtub caused leaks in kitchen ceiling. Lack to drip pan under side door has caused massive leaks in basement and cause wood floor to rot and cause molding under floor. No help or support once crystal bays gets their money. Thousands out of pocket to repair a new home in Long Island.
