I called this place because the lock on my door had failed and I needed it fixed right away as I was about to leave town ....their website says "25 minutes arrival time guaranteed" no joke 23 minutes later the locksmith was at my door. Good morning sir how can I help you? Was how I was greeted. Showed him what needed to be done in less than a half hour the job is completed. These guys were awesome.Queens, NY
