“I went here for issues stemming back from childhood. I was left without many teeth from a bad procedure in my early teens. I was desperate for help and no place could see me to help me. I was in pain and without teeth essentially. Doctor Moses and ALL the staff were so amazing. From the second I opened the door I was greeted with smiles and friendliness. (If you’re anything like me this helps A LOT to ease the nervousness of dental work.)
I was treated with respect and absolute compassion from the time I sat down, to the time I left. I truly can’t say enough good things about Doctor Moses and her staff here. She did wonderful work on my partial and left me feeling confident and happy with my teeth. My cleaning was from Brenda who made me feel so good. I heard her in the other booth while I was getting my fillings done and she was so sweet to another patient. All of the staff was sweet. You can hear things behind the “scenes” and I’ve come to see many places aren’t professional when not physically in front of patients. However this is not the case here. The staff is friendly and professional even when not with a patient.

It’s been about 4-5 months now and I have no pain or discomfort and my teeth feel great. Absolutely love the office and you won’t regret choosing this office for any dental needs. ?

I hope they see this because I want them to know how compassionate they were to me in a time of need. How the care they provided me really impacted my day to day life and how truly thankful I am for them. Thank you Doctor Moses.“

“Manlius Dental Group is the best of the best! The girls at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. My appointment was with Dr. Wagner and he is fantastic! He has a very pleasant manor, is kind, patient, professional and extremely proficient at his job. I was there for two extractions and was very impressed with his competence. I am the type of person who deals better with the known rather than the unknown, so I sincerely appreciated Dr. Wagner explaining what he was doing during the procedure. He spent a lot of time going over instructions for after the procedure and patiently answered all my questions. He truly cares about his patients. His assistant AndI is very friendly and reassuring. She put music on and we were humming while he worked. The atmosphere in the room was so upbeat that my anxiousness and fears very quickly disappeared. I felt so at ease even during two extractions! “I am Healthcare proxy for Leslie Cummings and she does not have email or Internet access. She asked me to please share her thoughts about Mondovi Dental as she was so pleased with her experience with both the dentist and her hygienist. Leslie had not had a tooth cleaning in years. The hygienist took her time and explained to Leslie and I the issues she found as she completing the process. Dr. Stevener came in and went over several options with Leslie to resolve her issues and how insurance would come into play. Leslie says she couldn’t have been more grateful for the kindness of everyone in the office from the receptionist to the appointment desk and everyone in between.“

“If you think you have a good dentist, you haven't met Dr. Winkler yet. I've had many different dentists and he's the best. Professional, super nice, generous and genuinely caring. I'm going to his practice for many years, and never even had an OK experience, it's been always amazing. He's like an artist and his work is always so precise and perfect. I trust him all the time because it's proven to me that he always gives me the best possible solution. I refer him to everyone who needs a dentist. All the friends that I've referred, always get back to me and talk about his awesomeness. The first time I went to him for a 2nd opinion, because I had a $7500 treatment plan from another office. they told me that I have to react fast because I'm developing gum disease and losing some tooth and I need several crowns. He checked my teeth and told me everything's fine and I may need a crown or two in the future, but they are not urgent at all. look at me now, everything fine, no gum disease, and all teeth in place working great.“
