I went here for the first time recently and I was happy with my experience. Dr. Brandon took her time, was pleasant, and figured out that the prescription for my right eye had changed. I ended up getting new glasses and am happy with them.
I had a way better experience here than I did at Lenscrafters in Kingston last year. (Rushed exam, Dr. told me that my prescription barely changed- which ended up being true for my left eye, but not my right eye).

Had an eye exam and bought new frames and lenses. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend Walmart Vision Center in Catskill.

I am basing this review on several visits! All the staff I've ever encountered were always friendly. They have top notch service and excellent eye-wear as well as a quick turnaround. The prices are quite unbelievably affordable especially in this economy. I made the mistake of going to a big chain that starts with a Lens and ends with a crafters thinking I was getting "better" eye-wear. All I got was ripped off! I'll never make that mistake again. For what I spent at LC I could have gotten 2 pair at Walmart! My LC experience was horrid (the lenses didn't last 2 weeks & no refund) and my Walmart experiences will have me getting my eye-wear from them for years to come.
