Genuinely garbage customer service. They call me, tell me to come in early in morning (having to leave my 97 year old grandma at home), when I came, the appointment was cancelled on the spot, they claimed to send a message, they didn’t, they claimed to send a mail, they didn’t. I asked for the proof they made some laughable excuse in order to just get me out of their office. Then stormed out of the room like my 5 year old when I proved them wrong. Do NOT go here. If I could do 0 stars I would. Terrible.

Terrible place!! They try to push other medications on you even though your medications works perfect. The physician assistant Sebastian Martorano is horrible, he won't even read your chart, just takes Away medications and pain pills that don't suit him. Horrible PA, he is NOT a Doctor and so egotistical, not a good place!! Would not ever recommend!!!

Sebastian Martorano is a Physician Assistant not a doctor! Had he read my husband's chart he could see he sufferes from chronic pain, instead he did not renew his pain medications that have worked for 15 years leaving him no ween of course, he told him to just sit back for a couple of days and he will be fine. I was livid, this place will pull all your medications they think are not necessary, even though they have worked for years! This PA tried to give him other medications that have severe side effect. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH.
