“Leah has been cutting my hair since she first got her licence. She's the only person I'll let touch my hair. She's sweet, funny, professional and she takes her time to make sure everything is done correctly and the way I want it. (I can't tell you how many people used to cut my hair so fast that I couldn't stop them before they had done something I didn't want. This happened so many times that I came to hate having my hair cut...until I started going to Leah.)When you sit down with Leah, she takes a look at your hair, asks what you want done, and then tells you how she's going to achieve that look before she starts cutting.I've also seen her going above and beyond for her clients. I've seen her do full hair makeovers that take hours, and I've seen her stay late to fix a hair color that a client didn't like as much as they thought they would.There was also a situation where a much older gentlemen was ahead of me. He sat down and was giving Leah a hard time, essentially refusing to tell her what he wanted and telling her "Just make it look good. If I like it you get a 5 cent tip." Leah was able to turn this clients attitude into a joke, making him laugh, making him happy, and making him leave her a $20 tip on a simple haircut.She's awesome... and as long as she's there, this is where I'll be going for my haircut.“
