I was very impressed the way they work very clean very informative. The supervisor came first thing make sure they had everything that they needed to do the work and also made sure they know what to do and they also brought good and experience manpower.
Sebastian and his assistant Zee were fantastic.They showed up on time, were completely professional, and kept everything neat and clean.They assessed the leak and repaired it perfectly , all without having to cut into ceilings or walls. I couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommended them!
UPDATE: September 13, 2025:
My kitchen sink faucet was leaking, so I called Gramman. They sent a technician, Carmelo, the following day, and he took care of the problem immediately. He was knowledgeable and respectful, and I was very pleased with the work he did. This was another successful experience with Gramman!
UPDATE: August 4, 2025:
I needed the tank components in one of my toilets replaced today, and when I called the office this morning, Joanna immediately took care of my request and said that a technician would be at my house later in the day. Sebastian was the serviceman who was assigned, and he arrived in the early afternoon.... read full review
