Carle Place Cleaners, now under new management, provides high-quality dry cleaning, premium wash & fold, tailoring and alterations, and specialty care for wedding gowns. The staff is friendly and everything is completed with great attention to detail. The service is excellent, with staff going out of their way to accommodate customers and provide advice. The new owner really cares about customers and the quality of their work. Customers are greeted with a smile, and clothes come back looking brand new. The new owner is a fantastic family man who cares about serving the local community. Previously, the business closed without notifying customers, but the new owner apologized and delivered dry cleaning to a customer's house, showing dedication and service. The place is very clean, kindly, and priceless. Customers never had a problem with their clothes and highly recommend the business.
Sam and his staff are so wonderful! They are accommodating, efficient, affordable and just the kindest people. They’ve helped me personally as well as for when I’ve needed clothes cleaned for student performances at my school. Thank you!!!
Carle Place Cleaners is a fantastic local business, now operating under new management! You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile, and my clothes come back looking brand new. The owner, Sam, is a fantastic guy and a family man who really cares about serving the local community.
Carle Place Cleaners closed their business without notifying their customers. I dropped off my dry cleaning, paid in advance, and now the place is closed and I can't get my clothes. Their phone number is also out of service, so there is no way for me to get in contact with the store owner. This is the most horrible experience experience I have ever had.
Yesterday, 12/12, I got a call from the new owner of Carle Place Cleaners. It was a pleasure speaking with him. He apologize for what had happened to me and actually delivered my dry cleaning to my house. That's going above and beyond!!
