They were willing to do two trials with me to nail down the exact look I wanted, after I left the first trial worried about how things would go on my wedding day, and she not only listened when I said I wanted my natural curls to be the focus, but she executed it flawlessly. On my wedding day, they made it all happen seamlessly, my hair came out exactly as we'd planned, and my makeup was exactly what I'd asked for: natural and not overdone.
