Sloppy work.
They took things that weren't even 4ft high. Total disregard for other pools property.
I am an arborist and I would be ashamed to do this quality of work.

I have see them working in Maine, they leave a mess in the road, as well as not cleaning off truck before driving away from where they were working scattering debris all over the road. I was struck by some of the debris as I was traveling in the opposite direction of one of their trucks on my motorcycle. Glad I was wearing a helmet, although if they were a competent company this wouldn't happen.

Larch/TTS was in my area trimming trees for NYSEG they butchered my maple tree and I'm sure next big high wind storm we get the tree will fall on our house crash thru injuring or killing someone. They cut all weight off one side of it making it unstable and leaning toward the house now. With the amount of the tree they took off so called trimming it they should have cut it all down. I am calling several local tree care service to confirm that this tree was trimmed wrong and put my family's life in danger then having it cut down the rest of the way and contacting a lawyer to sue them or nyseg for negligence
