Do you hate technology? Do you love old things? Does the idea of not talking during an appointment excite you? Then this is the place for you! Dr. Jaffe’s office takes you back roughly 30 years. He doesn’t talk during his exams except to give instructions. You will have to wear a mask which you will appreciate as he gets so close to check your eyes you question if you will kiss. He is super thorough in his exam and will call the various insurance providers to make sure you are covered and answer any questions. 10/10 can’t wait for next year’s exam.

Excellent optometry practice. Dr. Jaffe is very knowledgeable and conducts a thorough exam. I've been going here for years for my yearly exam and updates to my glasses and contacts and have received nothing but great service that fits my schedule.

Hear me out on this…..The level of care was fine (5 stars), but the whole experience was WEIRD. I felt uncomfortable the whole time.Making an appt was easy. However, be aware there is no text, call or email to remind you of your appt. So, if you’re someone who needs reminders (like me, who missed my appt), be aware.He is still requiring you to wear a mask. When I first arrived I was directed to sit in the chair. He then proceeded to take a piece of tape and put it on my face to cover the gap where the mask sits on the nose. As you can imagine that was not comfortable, nor was it expected as he never vocalized that he was going to do it.We went through my patient history.... read full review
