It's now Isaac's Heating, told them I had no heat in October, gave a appointment date a month out, before I had them reach out to the dispatchers for a sooner date. Still about a week out, temp in the 30s overnight. Canceled my appointment after another service had availability sooner
Great customer service! Helped us with our Navien heater when Issac Heating was being awful ( Issac dragged their feet and were charging an insane amount for each step of the process. Issac had to order a part could take a week. Palmer's had both parts needed in stock at a fair price. I will never call Issac again.) These guys came right out when I needed a repair and had it done in no time. Scheduled a cleaning at another time with them and boiler sounds great. Thanks so much !
