Randy and his team did a tremendous job painting our home and doing the necessary construction. Truly, they all went above and beyond! They started the work EARLY, and finished a day before our deadline. Randy kept in constant communication about even the smallest details, and ALWAYS came through for us, even when we asked some unrelated questions about the house. Each of his team members working in our new home was warm, friendly, and very accommodating when we had to move in and while we were trying to get set up. Great job on our first floor laundry! Randy, George, Denver and James were awesome getting the renovations going to our back room and a small wall in our kitchen. All of them cleaned up as they progressed through the work and again each time they were done for the day. The laundry area looks wonderful and is so much safer and convenient instead of all the stairs in the cellar. So glad Randy said yes to this project. Heartily recommend this construction Co.SCS also just finished the conversion of our shower/tub combination on our master bath to a beautiful walk-in shower with sliding glass door. Schenandoah construction services was the best! They came to do an estimate within 24 hours and was very very reasonable. The owner Randy was fair and honestly and communicated through multiple jobs and exactly what was going on. They rebuild our chimney, was supposed to be a sign.please shingle job but ended up rebuilding and having to reference a roof....and to top it all off they fixed my leaky window/frame for nothing. All the guys on the crew were very nice, courteous and respectful. I had them come down another cedar siding shingle job that came out great.
