Brad was amazing! Came exactly when he said he was estimated a time frame and was on time with finishing up walked the property with me for 30minutes answering all my first time homebuyer questions and gave me a very detailed report the same night! Everyone I showed the inspection to was BLOWN AWAY by the detail he includes and how meticulous he was! I found Brad on google while looking for a home inspection for a house I’m purchasing and couldn’t be happier that I did. Brad was very easy to schedule with and was able to accommodate an inspection with just a few days notice. He showed up on time and was extremely thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain everything he found to me and my husband in easy to understand terms. The inspection report was emailed to us the same day with great detail and was very easy to read and digest. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Brad was very thorough, listed all the problems with pictures! He went out of his way to explain what he found and came back to re inspect after the owners fixed a few things. Highly recommend!
