I had the pleasure of buying glasses at this establishment recently. It had been some time since I had replaced my glasses but I went in with my prescription and met Eric. Told him what I was looking for. He went and picked out frames for me and then we decided on lenses and options. The transaction went smooth and I received the glasses in a very few days. Later I received the text from Walmart asking if I'd like to buy a second pair at a discount. So I went in and I met with Shiann. She was just like Eric, and helped me with second pair for backup . Around 2.5 weeks ago, my husband and I got new glasses at Walmart Vision & Glasses and we have experienced the best customer service ever. We were advised on several options with some pros and cons, but we were never rushed to make a purchase, until it was clear we were all set (I am sorry I didn't catch a name of a young woman who helped us). Later there was a problem with my husband's glasses (a prescription issue, not a glasses issue) and Erik handled it perfectly for us. I highly recommend this place for your next purchase.

Shiann was a Great help getting fitted for my first pair of glasses. From the exam with the O.D Norway she measured my eyes and walked me through everything with her knowledge of the process it was fast and easy. The glasses work fantastic. Thank you!🤓👀
